HISTORY OF PANIMAHAWA RIDGE
Panimahawa Ridge gets its name from the Bisaya word "Pamahaw," meaning breakfast. Located in Brgy. Impalutao, Impasug-ong, Bukidnon, this scenic ridge was opened to the public in February 2017 and is managed by The Ant Farm. It has since become one of Bukidnon’s most popular hiking destinations.
Ideal for beginners, the trek is easy and takes about 1-2 hours at a normal pace, offering breathtaking views along the way. The best time to visit is during the dry season (April–May), as the trail can get slippery during the rainy months. Proper hiking gear is recommended for safety, but water won’t be an issue since a natural water source is available near the ridge.
