Luke Zequiri, better known simply as Luke, is the protagonist of the story: Unholy Ties: Pact of Vengeance.

Originally an altruistic young man, he volunteered as a detective—being known as a vigilante —helping those in need. During an investigation, Luke finds a mysterious necklace; upon breaking it, he is murdered by a masked woman, also losing his pregnant wife.

After being resurrected, Luke seeks revenge against those who destroyed his life, facing dangers and challenges common to any man, but motivated by his personal determination and sense of justice.

Luke Zequiri is a 21-year-old cisgender man with light black skin, "chocolate-colored," and a height slightly below average for his age, measuring 1.67m. He has a unique and characteristic hairstyle, with white hair that contrasts with his deep black eyes. Initially, his body reflected his laid-back lifestyle, being overweight, but throughout the story he loses weight, highlighting the changes that his life and experiences force him to go through. Luke usually dresses casually, often seen wearing a baby blue plaid jacket, a white shirt with a demon print, gray shorts, and sneakers matching the jacket, creating a striking and recognizable look.

His personality also undergoes a drastic transformation throughout the narrative. Before the traumatic events, Luke was kind, friendly, altruistic, impulsive, sociable, and extroverted, always willing to help others and known for his dedication as a volunteer detective, acting as a vigilante in his community. However, the loss of his pregnant wife during an investigation and the events that follow profoundly change his worldview. He becomes colder, ruder, taciturn, and highly focused on his quest for revenge, displaying traits of selfishness and aggression that contrast with the altruistic young man he once was. Even so, despite his flaws and changes, Luke remains an ordinary man, facing challenges like anyone else, guided only by his determination and sense of justice.

Biography

As a child, Luke met a boy named Ethan at school, and the two quickly became friends. Through Ethan, Luke met his friend, who would later become his wife. His parents are ordinary people, but he eventually moved away from them to live with his wife. Before turning 21, his wife became pregnant, but just a few months before the child's birth, a tragedy caused by a masked woman destroys his family, triggering the events that drive the main plot of the story.
