The Space

Dating back to the 19th century, the apartment is located on the fourth and top floor, accessible via stairs. The atmosphere is cozy and tastefully furnished. The entrance features a sofa bed (double or single, as needed—very comfortable).

The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, with complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and sugar. Enjoy the balcony at sunrise, kissed by the sun. The bedroom has a double bed and a balcony with a sunset view—perfect for sipping a glass of wine, where dreams become reality.

The bathroom has a shower and a view of the rooftops. After each guest's stay, we ensure the highest level of cleanliness, with sanitized sheets and towels.

Wi-Fi and TV are available. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a bottle of local wine and a bottle of water. Discover Verona, its thermal baths, and nearby fairy-tale villages.
