The United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization works to connect the international community to promote cooperation in education, science, culture, and communication, fostering peace by setting global standards. In this committee, delegates will discuss the abundance of tourism. Through collaboration, they must address previous solutions to this pressing issue and propose new initiatives based not only on country policy but also on the feasibility of creative solutions to emerging issues worldwide.

Dear Delegates,
Hi there! My name is Theodore Lach and I am currently a junior here at lab. This is my third year doing Model UN, and I am super excited to be chairing UNESCO. Outside of MUN, I am on the soccer, track, and tennis teams at lab. Outside of school, I love spending time downtown and at the beach. I am super excited to seeing you all in December.
