Approximate Size: 35 single delegate delegations

In this committee, delegates will act as representatives from the National Collegiate Athletic Association, focusing on issues surrounding the use of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) by athletes and teams. Delegates will discuss student athlete compensation and its ramifications on the collegiate sports community as a whole. This is a pressing and relevant issue, making it all the more important that it be solved quickly, collaboratively, and decisively.

LETTER FROM THE CHAIR:

Dear Delegates,

My name is Xavier Fisher and I am a sophomore at Lab. I have been doing MUN since freshman year, and look forward to continuing the activity throughout my time in high school. Outside of MUN I am a co-president of Lab's ping-pong club and play basketball at Lab and outside of school. This year, I will be chairing NCAA, and I really hope that every member is able to contribute and take something away from this conference. While we are not covering a traditional MUN topic, this committee will still challenge delegates to think critically and be collaborative.
