Dear Delegates,
Hi guys, my name is Ishie Holz and I am a senior. I have been a part of the team for four years, and am now like some position to do with LabMUNC. This year, I am going to chair F1. My favorite part of the LABMUN team is our team culture, and watching my friends win awards that they worked hard for. Outside of MUN, I am on the Water Polo and Squash teams, and can usually be found on my skateboard with a ukulele in hand. I also play many board games, and frequent Friday night magic. My favorite topics in school are History and Latin, although computer science can be cool as well. I hope delegates will come away from this conference with a better understanding of the United Nations role in our changing world (it's not pretty).
Hi, my name is Cruise Lickerman and I’ve been asked to be the F1 expert for this committee. I’m a senior, and I’m a big fan of F1. I’ve been watching this sport since the 2020 pandemic during lockdown. I remember watching this controversy unfold in 2021 and wanting to see the behind-the-scenes action taking place off-track. I hope this committee will live up to my high expectations. I’ve marked important sections of the background and current situation sections with [nb]. You should pay special attention to things marked [nb]. Looking at the relevant F1 rules from 2021 is also not a bad idea. I want to see people really getting into character and reliving this moment that all F1 fans remember. I want this to not only be competitive, but also be fun.
It’s lights out and away we go,
Best,
Ishie Holz and Cruise Lickerman
