Chemo-screening of synergistic combination on neuroblastoma by nanodroplet processing platform

(1) Develop and optimize a high-throughput synergistic drug screening on BioNDP platform.

(2) Optimize the solation and purification of tumor cells from TH-MYCN transgenic mice.

(3) Establish a synergistic drug screening workflow for personalized therapy.
