Kim is an exceptional producer. While mentoring her, I have come to respect her judgement when it comes to covering weather stories. Since joining The Weather Channel team a year ago, I have watched Kim grow into an even stronger producer than she was when she arrived. Kim is level-headed and keeps her cool in the control room. She's dedicated and will do what it takes to produce a solid, strong and highly-relevant show. Kim is open to new ideas and works hard to bring creativity to her broadcast each day. Any station that hires Kim would be fortunate to have her on their team.
