Culinary Arts at STEAD

This semester in Culinary Arts, we had the opportunity to cook for the entire school on Veterans Day.

I picked 7 of my Culinary students, at random, and we make chicken pot pie from scratch for 100+ people.

In these two videos, you can see my students in action - cutting veggies, cleaning, prepping the hotel pans with veggies and chicken, making the crumble topping, and having a lot of fun.
