Born in May 1990 and raised in the sun-soaked surf town of Huntington Beach, California, I have always felt a deep connection to both the water and the great outdoors. After serving as a Boatswain’s Mate in the U.S. Coast Guard, where I honed my leadership skills and love for adventure, I embarked on a new chapter in Colorado Springs in 2017. Here, I’ve immersed myself in the rugged beauty of the Rockies, finding endless joy and challenge in rock climbing, snowboarding, and mountaineering.
An avid outdoorsman, I embrace every opportunity to connect with nature. Whether it’s the precise focus of archery hunting, the tranquil rhythm of fly fishing, or scaling a sheer cliff face, I’m always seeking the next horizon. My passion for geography ties into this love for the natural world, as I believe understanding our planet is key to benefiting society and driving the positive growth of humanity. Geography is more than maps; it’s a lens to address global challenges and create sustainable solutions for future generations.
Beyond the wilderness and my intellectual pursuits, the heart of my life is in my kitchen. Cooking is my art and my way of bringing people together. Crafting meals that delight and nourish my friends is my greatest joy, a reflection of my love for creating meaningful experiences.
From the California coast to the Colorado peaks, my life is shaped by adventure, service, and connection, always with an eye toward the next journey.
