This policy covers Neon Lines 99 version 1.3.0 with advertising and optional score sharing, and explains differences from the earlier ad-free release.

Board state, scores, records by configuration, undo state and preferences stay in the app's private device storage. There are no player accounts, chat, cloud leaderboards, analytics SDKs added by KwikUp or in-app purchases. Android automatic backup is disabled. Clear app storage or uninstall to erase local progress.

The advertising release uses Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform for banners, interstitial ads for undo, optional rewarded ads for new games and privacy choices. These SDKs collect and share IP address (which can estimate approximate location), app/ad interactions, diagnostics and device/app identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. SDK data is encrypted in transit with TLS. The earlier offline release has no advertising SDK or advertising data collection.

The intended audience includes children. Ad requests use child-directed treatment and G-rated content; personalized advertising is not requested. Android advertising ID and AdServices permissions are removed. These controls do not disable all SDK data processing. No GPS, camera, microphone, contacts or broad photo-library permissions are requested. No additional mediation partners are included.

If required by UMP, privacy choices are available in Settings. Gameplay remains available offline and when ads fail to load. Viewing a rewarded ad for a new game is optional; closing early leaves the board unchanged. Undo uses a separate optional interstitial; closing it applies undo. Unavailable ads do not block either action. Provider processing and retention follow Google's policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure . KwikUp does not hold a server-side player profile.

Only when you choose Share does the game create a score image and caption and open the Android share sheet. You choose the recipient app and whether to send. The game does not post automatically or read social account details or contacts. The receiving app handles the shared content under its own policy. Temporary images are kept in private cache; older images are cleaned on a later export after seven days. Android grants temporary access only to the selected image. Images saved to a location you choose may remain after uninstall; delete them from that location if desired.

If you email support, we receive your email address and message to respond, retain them as needed for that request and delete when no longer needed or on a valid request. Do not send sensitive information. External websites and app stores process connection/platform data under their own policies. Policy changes will be published before relevant new data practices. Bản quảng cáo dùng Google Mobile Ads và User Messaging Platform để hiển thị banner, quảng cáo trung gian tự chọn cho hoàn tác, video tặng thưởng tự chọn khi bắt đầu ván mới và lựa chọn quyền riêng tư. SDK thu thập/chia sẻ IP (có thể suy ra vị trí gần đúng), tương tác ứng dụng/quảng cáo, chẩn đoán và mã định danh thiết bị/ứng dụng cho quảng cáo, đo lường và phòng chống gian lận. Dữ liệu SDK được truyền qua TLS. Bản ngoại tuyến trước đây không tích hợp SDK quảng cáo và không có việc thu thập dữ liệu quảng cáo.

Đối tượng gồm trẻ em: mọi yêu cầu quảng cáo áp dụng child treatment, nội dung mức G và không yêu cầu cá nhân hóa. Manifest loại mã quảng cáo Android và quyền AdServices. Các biện pháp này không tắt toàn bộ việc xử lý dữ liệu SDK. Game không yêu cầu GPS, camera, micro, danh bạ hoặc quyền truy cập toàn bộ ảnh. Không tích hợp mediation bổ sung.

Khi UMP yêu cầu, lựa chọn quyền riêng tư nằm trong Thiết lập. Có thể chơi khi ngoại tuyến/không tải được quảng cáo. Video tặng thưởng cho ván mới có lựa chọn trước khi xem; đóng sớm giữ nguyên bàn cờ. Hoàn tác dùng quảng cáo trung gian riêng có lựa chọn trước; đóng quảng cáo sẽ áp dụng hoàn tác. Khi quảng cáo không sẵn sàng, cả hai thao tác vẫn dùng được. Xử lý/lưu giữ dữ liệu của Google tuân theo https://policies.google.com/privacy và https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure . KwikUp không lưu hồ sơ người chơi trên máy chủ riêng.

Chỉ khi bạn bấm Chia sẻ, game tạo ảnh điểm số/nội dung và mở bảng chia sẻ Android. Bạn chọn ứng dụng nhận và quyết định gửi. Game không tự đăng, không đọc tài khoản mạng xã hội hoặc danh bạ. Ứng dụng nhận áp dụng chính sách riêng. Ảnh tạm trong cache riêng; ảnh quá bảy ngày được dọn ở lần xuất tiếp theo. Android chỉ cấp quyền đọc tạm đúng ảnh được chọn. Ảnh bạn chọn lưu có thể tồn tại sau khi gỡ game và cần xóa tại vị trí đó.
