Our research group is focused on advancing the development of optoelectronic devices through the utilization of emerging semiconductor materials. Our research aims to deepen our understanding of the fundamental properties and to investigate wide range of optical and electrocal processes in order to develop practical and applicable optoelectronic devices such as light-emitting diodes, lasers and other photonic sources.
We employ a multidisciplinary approach to our research, drawing on experties in materials science, semiconductor physics, and optics to tackle the complex challenges in volved in creating high-performance optoelectronic devices. Our work includes the design and fabrication of novel semiconductor structures, as well as the development of advanced measurement techniques to probe their properties.
