MY RESEARCH
I am a data-driven disease ecologist, with a particular interested in individual variation. My work explores (1) how individuals vary, (2) why individuals vary, and (3) consequences of this variation for large-scale processes such as disease dynamics. I apply advanced analytical techniques and an interdisciplinary approach to study individual variation across scales: from variation in individual genes, to physiological pathways and whole-organism behaviour and fitness. I have worked across multiple systems including birds, rodents and primates.
MY PROJECTS (PAST & PRESENT)
I have also collaborated on several side-projects over the years (see my publications).
ABOUT ME
In 2023, I started a Surrey Future Fellowship in the School of Biosciences at the University of Surrey.
I was previously a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Biology at the University of Oxford, and at the Institute for Integrative Biology at the University of Liverpool. I studied my DPhil in the Department of Biology at the University of Oxford.
