If you’ve been anywhere near the KUV scene lately, you’ve probably heard the name Eriis being talked about in different fandoms. And honestly? The hype is deserved.
The Visual World of Eriis
Before minimalism took over the internet, technology looked very different. The early 2000s were filled with glowing gradients and bright blue skies that promised a hopeful digital future, an optimistic vision of futurism expressed through design.
In their debut single album “vol ii”, emerging KUV girl group Eriis channels all of these elements, creating a glowing and cyber-infused world that feels both futuristic and strangely familiar to anyone who knows about the early internet. The result of their creative direction is an experience of Frutiger Aero futurism, Y2K nostalgia, and cybercore identity that feels unique to them.
Beyond the music, much of Eriis’ identity is built through visual storytelling. From glowing digital landscapes set in 2049 to futuristic graphics, the group embraces the aesthetic language of early internet optimism. These visuals not only strengthen the themes present in their music but also create an immersive world that fans can easily recognize.
Finding the Final Lineup
Eriis formed in August 2025 through the program “Fiind”, under the label ‘Ode To Heart’, which was made to discover the newest lineup for the group, but due to inactivity, the program ended shortly after. Zahra and Otavia selected the final lineup through overall skill-based auditions, which led to the four finalized members: Sigourney, Dambi, Otavia, and Zahra. Sigourney quickly became known for her confident star quality, while Dambi adds a lively and playful energy to the group's dynamic. Otavia contributes not only as a performer but also as one of the figures involved in shaping the group's early formation. Meanwhile, Zahra, founder of Ode To Heart, balances her role as both an artist and creative director, contributing heavily to the production of Eriis’ debut.
The Journey to Debut
Before Eriis announced their debut, the group underwent 3 or more concept changes since the lineup was finalized, giving them a chance to explore their creative freedom. One of the concepts revealed was a medical concept created around September 2025, with each member representing a vitamin in reference to the group named perfume, along with a signature color that still showcases aesthetics such as Frutiger Aero and Futurism that they debuted with. “I'd say it was fun, but it also had its difficulties. I was the one mainly working on the music video and production overall, so it felt hard to stay motivated. However, my members really helped me stay motivated and get everything finished! Now that I look back at it, it was truly such a fulfilling process, especially now that we got all this attention on us, it all paid off at the end.” Zahra says.
Laying the Groundwork
When they officially debuted with their song ‘GROUNDWORK’ on December 8th, 2025, it was met with an overwhelming amount of positivity, with over 1,000 views in less than 24 hours, for its uniqueness, simplicity, and overall freshness in the KUV community. Their single album ‘vol.ii’ captures the creativity, dedication, and hard work the members put into this debut, with fun futurism themes that make them stand out among other groups.
“I’m so glad this debut happened, because it is perfectly done. The concept is so unique and each member is so distinct. The simplicity is such a breath of fresh air as it’s fits the vibe very well.”

“the aesthetics was EVERYTHING”

“The fits, the visual, the quality, the talent. You just single handly saved KUV. You guys are so good and so nice!”
– Vixi (TikTok)
Following the release of ‘GROUNDWORK’ and their track ‘ONE OFF’, fans across the KUV community quickly began making edits and discussions inspired by Eriis’ aesthetic. The group’s futuristic visuals and nostalgic themes resonated strongly with fans who were interested in early internet design, which further amplifies the group’s reputation.
Sonically, “GROUNDWORK” reflects the same digital futurism that defines Eriis’ visuals. The track blends strong electronic beats, bright synth layers, and a polished pop structure reminiscent of the early 2000s era of digital optimism. Rather than leaning entirely into nostalgia, the group reinterprets this sound through a KUV lens, creating something that feels both retro-inspired and forward-looking.
With the release of vol.ii and the positive reception of “GROUNDWORK,” Eriis has already begun carving out a distinct identity within the KUV community. Their blend of early-internet futurism, cyber aesthetics, and modern pop performance creates a concept that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly new.
As Eriis continues to grow, their debut already suggests a clear artistic vision, one rooted in nostalgia, creativity, and experimentation. By blending past visions of the future with a modern KUV identity, the group has positioned themselves as one of the most intriguing new acts in the community. If vol.ii is only the beginning, Eriis may be just getting started.
Fans are already speculating what Eriis’ next concept will be, creating concepts, discussions, and predictions in online discussion chats. Anticipation is building for their future releases, and the community is eager to see where their unique blend of cyber aesthetics and digital futurism will go next.

Interview featuring a tease for their next comeback + special message to Bliiss!
How was the process of making ‘vol.ii’? Were there any difficulties or doubts anyone had with the creative direction?
DAMBI - I thought the overall process was very fun. We all still were truly getting to know each other, so it was fun to feel each other out and everything! I will say we did struggle a bit due to animation issues causing the switch in song, but that’s truly the only “difficulty” we experienced when it came to creative decisions. I got to make forms, so I was happy with that as well.
ZAHRA - I'd say it was fun, but it also had its difficulties. I was the one mainly working on the music video and production overall, so it felt hard to stay motivated. However, my members really helped me stay motivated and get everything finished! Now that I look back at it, it was truly such a fulfilling process, especially now that we got all this attention on us, it all paid off at the end!
SIGOURNEY - Compared to most members, I feel like I didn’t have many doubts. I will say there were moments when I did have doubts about certain outfits that I was making. But I’m lucky enough to be in a group where everyone has a great sense of style, so when I needed help, the members weren’t hesitant to help me.
OTAVIA - The process of ‘vol.ii’ was honestly so fun, especially because I got to shape the creative direction alongside Zahra. Of course, there were moments of trial and error discussions, but that’s part of creating something meaningful.
What are some of your favorite moments from the vol.ii era?
DAMBI - For sure, the IDO7 stage and the interview we got to do with Ami. Though we lagged through both things, it brought lots of laughs that I think back to time to time!
ZAHRA - I really enjoyed the Sonal ENT's Network Broadcast live stage, it was our first live stage as a group, and when I saw all the bliiss that attended, I was so happy! It was such an amazing memory, and I'm so glad we had the opportunity to do it!
SIGOURNEY - The Amaya Show 100%. It was fun to do a live event that was “low” stakes (compared to live performances). I think it was also a great way to show off our personalities to the public. I feel like our personalities are so different compared to our group aesthetic. So it was great for people to see another side of us.
OTAVIA - One of my favorite moments from vol.ii era has gotta be rehearsals with Eriis! They know exactly how to make me laugh, and there’s truly never a dull moment when we’re together. It feels like hard work and happiness existing at the same time.
Are you guys already working on a new comeback and if so, is there anything you guys would like to tease or hint at?
DAMBI - Comeback is in the works, if i had to use an emoji to tease you all with it would for sure be the down emoji. [Arrow pointing down emoji]
ZAHRA - Yes, we are slowly getting back to work after a bit of rest, this time we are really going to assure that we give bliiss quality content! A spoiler I'd give would be the lotus emoji!
SIGOURNEY - Yes! Even though we said we were on break, we secretly were preparing for a comeback. A spoiler from me will be…blonde.
OTAVIA - Yes! We are working on the next comeback, and I’m genuinely so excited for you all to see what we’ve been building. If I could give you just a tiny crumb, I’d say keep your eyes open for a fresh shift in direction with camera work and color palettes.
What concepts would you like to do in the future?
DAMBI - I would love to do a hyper club type of concept. How you imagined the club to be when you were younger, basically, but x10.
ZAHRA - I already did my dream concept with vol.ii, though I'd say I want eriis to branch out into more vibrant concepts with upcoming projects!
SIGOURNEY - I always wanted to do something like a vintage ballerina or doll concept. I’m obsessed with vintage things at the moment.
OTAVIA - I would absolutely adore doing a “coming of age” concept, something that feels like a girls’ night out, nostalgic and confident!
What’s a fun fact that nobody knows about you?
DAMBI - I’m not sure if I’ve ever shared this, but I’m double-jointed, and I can twist my arm all the way around!
ZAHRA - I'm mildly color blind! I have protanomaly, which means I don't see the red spectrum as good and vibrant as other people.
SIGOURNEY - I’m a costume designer! I’ve been designing and building clothes from scratch for about 3 years now.
OTAVIA - Okay, a fun fact about me is that I am absolutely TERRIFIED of butterflies. I cannot do it. They look delicate, but they move so unpredictably, and it genuinely makes my skin crawl.
Is there anything you would like to say to Bliiss?
DAMBI - Bliiss, truly thank you so so so much for all the support and efforts you put in for votes and just overall encouragement you give me and the girls! We truly appreciate it so much.
ZAHRA - Bliiss you guys are my pride and joy! We appreciate all the support, and I hope to give you guys the content you desire!
SIGOURNEY - BLIISS oh y’all are so chic! When you look in the mirror, remember to remind yourself that you’re that girl, boy, person. I love every single one of you, and even though I’m not as active on the internet compared to the others, you guys always make sure to support me through it all, so thank you. [heart emoji]
OTAVIA - I remember telling Zahra from the very beginning that Eriis was going to become something big, and seeing that belief turn into reality means more than I can put into words. Bliiss manifested a dream I once only spoke about quietly. We see everything, the edits, the comments, the DMs, the constant support, and that love truly carries us forward. I’m endlessly grateful, and I can’t wait to step into this next chapter hand in hand with you. [white heart emoji]
