Welcome to Water Sort: Alchemy Puzzle (also referred to as Alchemy Sort), a game developed and operated by Kushu Games. We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe, compliant alchemical gaming experience. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your personal and gameplay information when you play our game.
Based on the actual implementation of Alchemy Sort, we collect and process only the following categories of information:
Authentication Data: When you use Google Sign-In, we receive your Google account ID, email address, display name, and profile picture URL. If you choose Guest Login, a temporary anonymous Firebase User ID (UID) is generated to identify your session.
Alchemist Profile & Leaderboard Information: Your chosen Alchemist Signature (display username), selected country, and national flag icon are stored in our cloud databases and displayed publicly in seasonal rankings.
Gameplay Progress & Cloud Saves: We collect your current level, gold amount, stars, win streaks, potion inventory, unlocked pet stable levels, tower progression, equipment selections, and slot statuses to synchronize your achievements across devices.
Device & Technical Identifiers: We utilize the Google Advertising ID (AAID) for ad attribution and campaign conversion tracking. Firebase Analytics, Meta (Facebook) App Events SDK, and Crashlytics collect device models, operating system versions, IP addresses (used to estimate country-level location), and network connection status.
App Events & Campaign Attribution Data: We collect app install, launch, and in-game interaction events via the Meta App Events SDK to measure user acquisition campaigns and optimize ad delivery.
Performance & Crash Data: In the event of an application error, crash reports and stack traces are collected to help us debug and optimize client performance.
We process your information for the following specific purposes:
Synchronization & Progress Preservation: Your progress is stored locally in your device storage and synchronized with Firebase Cloud Firestore so you never lose your potion shop, pets, or level history.
Competitive Rankings: Your alchemist name, country flag, and completed stages are submitted to the global seasonal rankings leaderboard.
Advertising Delivery & Bidding: We integrate Google AdMob, InMobi, and Unity Ads to display interstitial, rewarded, and banner advertisements. AdMob uses your device's Advertising ID (AAID) to serve relevant advertising campaigns and mediates bidding requests to network partners. You can control ad personalization via your device settings or via the Google UMP consent form shown on startup for players in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK.
User Acquisition & Conversion Attribution: We process app install signals and event telemetry via the Meta App Events SDK to measure campaign efficiency and prevent fraud.
Analytics & Performance: Firebase Analytics, Remote Config, and Performance Monitoring help us analyze gameplay balance and maintain system health.

We store gameplay data only for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and erase all alchemical logs, you may do so at any time via the Delete Account button in the in-game Settings screen. This will instantly and permanently erase:
Your Cloud Save data from Firebase Firestore.
Your Alchemist Profile and username reservation from the Leaderboard.
Your local save state.
Your Firebase Authentication credentials (your UID will be deleted).
Once deleted, this data is unrecoverable, and you will be returned to Guest Mode at level 1.
Alchemy Sort is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain EEA regions under GDPR) without parental consent. If we discover we have inadvertently collected child data, we will wipe it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered an account, contact us at the address below to request immediate deletion.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict processing, object to profiling, and export your data. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You can manage your ad personalization choices via the Google UMP SDK consent form upon startup or via the in-game Settings menu.
California residents have the right to know what personal data is collected, request deletion, opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data (including personalized ads and target attribution), and receive non-discriminatory service. We do not sell your personal data for monetary value. To opt out of personalized tracking, adjust your mobile device's settings ("Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
