Kunyang Li

I am Kunyang Li (李坤洋), a PhD student in the Department of Management Science, Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. I am advised by Prof. Wenhui Zhao. Before that, I obtained my M.S. degree in Management Science and Engineering from Northeastern University in 2022  (advised by Zhong-Zhong Jiang) and My B.M. degree in Electronic Commerce from Xiangtan University in 2019.

My research interests focus on mechanism design and game theory, supply chain and operations management, specifically emerging business models and operations strategies (e.g., issues related to digital technologies, new energy), innovation, and competition. 

My PhD project investigates the strategic operations that enable firms to gain a competitive advantage in attracting and retaining talent.

My research has been published in journals including Production and Operations Management, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Management Sciences in China (in Chinese, 管理科学学报), etc. I also serve as a reviewer for Production and Operations Management, Asia-Pacific Journal of Operational Research, Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering, and Journal of the Operations Research Society of China.
