Brief Biography:

Dr. Kundan Sharma is an accomplished academician and researcher in the field of Physical Chemistry, currently serving as Assistant Professor at Government College Nagrota Bagwan, Kangra (H.P.), India. He obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, and has extensive teaching and research experience in solution thermodynamics, surfactant chemistry, and molecular interactions.

Dr. Sharma has published 23 research papers in reputed international journals and has actively contributed to the scientific community through 31 conference participations (11 international and 20 national), including several paper presentations. He has also attended 3 workshops and 13 Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional growth. His research impact is reflected through a notable h-index of 18 with more than 1000 citations.

He has delivered 5 invited/keynote talks, including international engagements in China and the United Kingdom, highlighting his global academic presence.

Dr. Sharma has received several recognitions, including selection as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Helsinki, Finland, and the DST Young Scientist Grant to attend an international conference in Germany. He is a recipient of the UGC-BSR Fellowship, a Gold Medalist in M.Phil., and has qualified the CSIR-NET in Chemical Sciences. He also serves as a subject expert of the Board of Studies (Chemistry), H.P. University, Shimla and is member of international editorial board and reviewer of reputed journal like Journal of Molecular Liquids, ACS Omega, The Journal of Chemical Thermodynamics etc. His core competencies include physico-chemical analysis, spectroscopic techniques, thermodynamic studies, and interdisciplinary research in chemical and material sciences.
