Kummers in Kraków

The purpose of this workshop is to bring together researchers working on constructions of generalised Kummer varieties and related topics. Generalised Kummers form one of the four known deformation classes of hyperkähler (or irreducible holomorphic symplectic) varieties, however very little is known about how to construct explicit families of these objects. The talks are aimed to provide different perspectives on how these may be constructed. There will also be discussion sessions for the participants to share ideas.

Schedule

The conference will start on the morning of the 14th and end on the evening of the 15th. The programme will be announced in due course.

The workshop will take place at the Faculty of Mathematics of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. The address is: Profesora Stanisława Łojasiewicza 6, 30-348 Kraków. The easiest way to reach the Faculty for those staying in town is to take a tram to the stop Norymberska.
