Dr. Vivek Kumar is working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand since 2016. He has received his M.Tech and PhD in Microelectronics & VLSI Design from Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. He has authored in high impact factor SCI indexed journals and several international conferences. His current research interests include Nanoscale device Modeling, simulation and MIM structure fabrication and characterization.
