Hi, I am Kumar Saurav, a PhD student advised by Dr. Rahul Vaze in the School of Technology and Computer Science at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai. Recently, I submitted my PhD thesis, titled "Online Age-of-Information Scheduling". My research interests are broadly in the areas of online algorithms, communication networks, optimization, information theory, and machine learning.

Before joining TIFR, I did my MTech (Electrical Engineering) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar (2016-18), where I worked with Dr. Uttama Lahiri. I did my BTech (Electrical Engineering) at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna (2012-16).
