Drobin
Project goals
- increasing cultural awareness among project participants;
- promoting intercultural dialogue;
- empowering young people and encouraging active participation in their local communities;
- preparing a place for creative work in an international environment;
- drawing the attention of the inhabitants of the Drobin region to the risks associated with the lack of intercultural dialogue, as well as the need for education in this area and the importance of promoting their culture in harmony with the environment in which they live;
- expanding the network of contacts and tightening the cooperation between the partner
organizations of the project, the exchange of "good practices" in the field of intercultural dialogue.
Preparatory Visit
25-27 February 2022 for the leaders only.
Youth Exchange
18 April (arrival) - 26 April (departure) 2022 for 5 participants (15-17yo) + 1 leader (25+).
How to get to Drobin:
Warszawa Modlin airport or Warszawa Chopin airport (by train)----> Warszawa Zachodnia train station

In accordance with Erasmus+ rules and regulations, we expect you to participate in the full activity.
Arriving later and departing earlier is not an option!
Consult the organizer on your travel plan in order to support you with being eligible for reimbursement.
We ask you to keep all your tickets, boarding passes, and invoices (originals). ONLY if you have the travel tickets, boarding passes, and invoices we are able to reimburse your travel costs!
For the reimbursement, download the Excel and follow the instruction inside.
LATVIA - up to 320 EURO (Green travel)
SPAIN - up to 360 EURO
ROMANIA - up to 275 EURO
TURKEY - up to 275 EURO + visa up to 60 EURO
CZECH REPUBLIC - up to 210 EURO (Green travel)
A C C O M M O D A T I O N
You will be accommodated in Dworek OLEŃKA in
Drobin (https://dworekolenka.pl/).
You will stay in rooms according to your gender.
There are rooms with 2 or more beds. There is
a private bathroom in every room.
WHAT TO BRING:
Clothes suitable to the weather conditions in Poland, and personal hygiene items
Please bring at least one computer per national team.
Any medicine you think you will need during your stay.
WHAT TO PREPARE :
Each national team/participant has to:
1. Fill in the participants' list (all participants). Download Excel and send by email.
2. Prepare a presentation about the country.
3. Prepare some energizers/ team-building games.
4. Bring some national food and drinks for the intercultural evening.
5. Post photos from the preparation phase in the FB group.
6. There will be workshops that need to be prepared by national teams. More information will be given during the Preparatory Visit.
INSURANCE
Insurance is not provided and will not be reimbursed by the organizers.
All participants are obliged to purchase private travel insurance.
All EU residents should obtain European Health Insurance Cards(EHIC) before the exchange. This is obligatory for your safety and health.
COVID-19 tests will not be reimbursed!
