KuDesk is designed to help users track clients, leads, and follow-up reminders.

KuDesk stores the information you enter into the app, which may include:

- client names

- phone numbers

- business or service notes

- follow-up dates and reminder times

- status labels and notes you write

## How Information Is Used

KuDesk uses this information only to:

- display your client records inside the app

- organize leads by status and follow-up timing

- trigger local reminder notifications on your device

## Data Storage

In the current MVP version, KuDesk stores data locally on your device.

KuDesk does not require account creation and does not provide cloud sync in this version.

## Data Sharing

KuDesk does not sell your data.

KuDesk does not share your data with third parties in the current MVP version.

## Notifications

If you enable reminders, KuDesk requests notification permission so it can alert you about follow-ups you scheduled.

## Your Control

You can edit or delete client records inside the app at any time.

Removing the app may also remove locally stored app data depending on your device settings.
