Konstantinos Tsioutas is a postdoc researcher at the  Department of Music Technology and Acoustics of the Hellenic Mediterranean University.  The subject of his research focuses on the evaluation of Quality of Experience in Network Music Performance as well as the human perception of audio phenomena. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, a master degree in Arts and Sound Technologies from the Ionian University Music Department and a master degree in Radio Electronics with emphasis on Computer Networks from the Department of Physics and Informatics of the National University of Athens. He  has conducted interactive audio  installations, and he is a co-author in multiple publications. At the same time he is involved in post-graduate education where he teaches in the fields of electronics, computer science, networks and music technology.
