KT Challenge

Resources for PHC Teams

Knowledge Translation is the art and science of moving evidence into health care policy and practice

  • Have you identified a need for practice improvement?

  • Want to learn more about moving evidence into practice to improve patient care?

A knowledge translation (KT) project is what you need!

Designed to support teams of clinicians who are responsible for moving evidence into practice to improve patient care, the Knowledge Translation Challenge will support teams of clinicians to develop and carry out KT plans to integrate evidence into policy and practice more efficiently and effectively.

The KT Challenge offers training, mentorship and funding for small teams to lead implementation projects in their practice settings. Each team will also evaluate practice changes resulting from their KT plans.

For more information, contact Aggie Black.

The KT Challenge is a collaboration between Providence Health Care and Vancouver Coastal Health.
