Remote Online Notarizations

Remote Online Notarizations (RON) can be performed from a phone, tablet, or computer as long as it has video and audio capabilities. 

The Process:

 First, we will generate a meeting link and send it directly to the client. 

Client Identity Verification: The client opens the link, uploads their document, and goes through the platform's automated identity check (such as credential analysis of a photo ID and knowledge-based authentication).

The Live Session: Once identity verification passes, the client connects with us over a secure, recorded live audio-video call.

Signing and Sealing: The client signs the document electronically on their device, and we apply our official digital signature and electronic seal.
