I have worked in Division of Nanotechnology, Daegu Gyungbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST).
My research interests lies in the electronic and magneto-transport properties of low-dimensional nanostructures like nanowires, nanotubes, and nanosheets, in which intriguing various typed CDW transition and magnetic ordering in topological insulators were observed. Also, I am interested in applicable devices, e.g. the neuromorphic devices (memristors) and flexible resistive strain sensor.
I believe there are fascinating topics beyond my insight. It makes me more curious, active and even alive.
