지식서비스공학연구실(Knowledge Service Engineering Lab, KSE Lab)에 오신 것을 환영합니다.
저희 연구실은 인지시스템공학(Cognitive Systems Engineering)을 바탕으로, 인간과 기술, 조직이 함께 만드는 복잡한 시스템을 이해하고 더 안전하고 유용하게 설계하는 방법을 연구합니다. 서비스 공학, 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용(HCI), 시스템 안전 공학을 중심으로 데이터·지식·경험이 실제 현장에서 가치 있는 서비스와 의사결정으로 연결되도록 하는 이론과 실무 적용을 함께 다룹니다.

Our lab builds on Cognitive Systems Engineering (CSE) to understand complex socio-technical systems—where people, technology, and organizations interact—and to design them to be safer, more effective, and more usable. We conduct research at the intersection of Service Engineering, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), and Systems Safety Engineering, bridging data, knowledge, and human experience to support better services and decision-making in real-world settings.
