Vendor & Third Party Information

The KSCA expects any vendor or 3rd party person not directly affiliated with the KSCA (Kansas Scholastic Chess Association) to contact Local Tournament hosts and Directors.

This especially applies to persons who intend to sell or solicit sales. Many districts/schools/sites have rules pertaining to vendors soliciting at their schools. These rules will vary from school to school.

Permission from the KSCA officers & board is required at all KSCA Hosted tournaments.  This includes but not limited to: KSCA State Grade Levels, KSCA State Blitz, KSCA State Championships, and KSCA Girls State.

Vendors need to make sure they have prior permission from the host and TD of a local event before attending. Information can be usually found on the flyer announcing the tournament located on the schedule and registration page.
