Strength through Discipline

Discipline is a powerful force that can drive individuals towards success and personal growth. It is the consistent effort and commitment to goals and objectives, even in the face of challenges and setbacks. Having self-discipline enables you to have more control over your own life, take action, and get more done, which can lead to more satisfaction with what you do. Some easy ways to practice discipline are:

Watch How You Dress

•  How you dress is the very first thing people will notice about you.  Every day you should start the day by dressing to impress. I don't mean dressing to flaunt expensive clothing or to show off either. I mean dressing like you would for an important job interview. Your Casual dress wear should still be tidy and professional. If you're really committed to becoming a better version of yourself then you should do as I and other members have done and go through your entire closet or dresser and toss out clothing that is not professional. It does not matter what class you are in; everyone can dress like they care about their appearance and can do it without much expense either. Goodwill is a great place to start if you cannot afford new clothing. Everyone that truly wants to better themselves and have pride in themselves and their community is able to do so, the biggest societal issue is that most people do not care or want to care but are too lazy. This is one of the hardest steps, to let go of some of your individualism and to put in the tiny extra work to be proper. Pretty soon you will start to feel like a real adult, and people will start to notice that you are changing and take you more seriously. Stop wearing clothes you would have worn as a kid or as a teen and start dressing like a contributing member to society. Over time you will be happier with your life and feel a little more pride in yourself. This is why how you dress is one of the most important steps in bettering yourself, after this step the other steps will become easier and will make your life quality and state of mind much better. Discipline in your appearance is a huge part of the movement and is expected of all community members. If you need help achieving this step, reach out to other community members and ask! Watch What You Say

• The Freedom to say whatever we want does not mean that we should. In order to better yourself, your presentation and be an upstanding KrypTik Member you should speak to others in a formal and professional way. Be respectful, be mindful of how they may take your words. Not because you particularly care about them or how they feel but because it is the right thing to do, and it is what is expected of a member of the KrypTik community. Speak to members of a higher rank with respect and admiration, as they are what you hope to become through your effort and actions in the community. People may look down upon you for this, they likely will think that you believe you are a part of a higher class and show distain towards you for it. Be respectful and professional anyway. Class does not matter. Etiquette is not out of their reach; they just choose to not practice it because they don't care. Caring about yourself and your presentation is a huge step towards bettering yourself and your community. This could be a good chance to try and get them to check out the KrypTik community and see if they want to improve themselves as well. Another big thing is Religion and Politics. Keep them to yourself and your family, forcing your opinions or views onto others is a fast way to make others uncomfortable or even yourself. Practice your religion as you please and vote for laws that you are in favor of but no one else needs or wants to know how you feel about those things. If you are asked about it, then sure feel free to have a civil discussion about it but remember to keep your emotions in check and be professional and Logical about how you go about it. Speaking in a condescending or disrespectful manner towards any members about these topics is cause for reprimand. Arguing about politics or religion with other members is also subject to reprimand on both sides. The goal of this community is unity and equality and to create a stronger people and nation, that will not be possible without following these guidlines. 

Watch How You Act

• Your actions, especially in public, is one of the biggest things that people will notice. Be mindful of your actions and act as a proper respectful adult should. Not only will this get you more respect from our community but also society. If we want to make society better, it has to start with ourselves. Act like an adult and you will be treated like an adult. Control your emotions. Emotional responses most often lead to childish behavior and lashing out. Keeping your emotions in check is a major part of becoming a better member of society. Be professional at work. It does not matter where you work, even if you work at McDonalds or Dollar tree, being professional and acting like an adult is the easiest way to move up. Doing your job well, dressing professional and acting professional while doing it will make you stand out, make the best of your situation and don't just live in it and coast by. Step up and be a leader. Even if you are not a manager or a team lead, act as though you are. Now don't go bossing everyone around but show initiative, take extra shifts no one wants, help your team when they are in need, contribute the best you can to society and take control of your life. Stand tall, sit up Straight, don't cross your legs or have them excessively open, Look proper and professional at all times. If you catch yourself slacking, it's okay, just correct yourself. It will take you a while to get used to. One of the biggest parts of showing discipline in your actions is following the rules. You don't want to stand out for the wrong reasons or hang out with people who do. Be proud of yourself and show that in your body language. Encourage others to do the same. If you are out with your girlfriend or boyfriend, husband or wife, be mindful of others. They do not need to see things that should be done in private. It does not matter if you are straight or gay or any other orientation, making others uncomfortable by making out or worse is no way to act in public. If you are in public keep your music to yourself. There is nothing wrong with listing to whatever you like but it is not appropriate to make others listen too. 

Strength through Community

As I'm sure you have noticed, community is a huge part of bettering society. Encourage others to join the team, put up banners and flyers and posters! Be proud of this community and show that to others! This community is for anyone who wants to be better, no matter your race, or religion, or nationality. Our emblem consists of two parts, the Eagle, and the K. The eagle represents Patriotism and Strength in our nation. Two Core fundamentals of a more perfect society. The K Represents our Community and Equality. Another Two Core Fundamentals of a more perfect society. Both Sides of the K are opposite to each other but alike and equal, showing that no matter what our differences are or how opposite we may think, we can be united together as a community towards the common goal of a better society. The Union of the K with the eagle represents a Strong and Equal community that is Proud to be a contributing member of society, however small or large that contribution is! Without Strength and Patriotism there is no community, and without Community and Equality there is no Strength or Patriotism. Even if you do not have patriotism for this country as it is you can have patriotism in what we want it to become, patriotism in this community, this team. A better and equal society, working together for the betterment of a united country. Spread the patriotism and spread our community, do your part in creating a better nation for us all. If we all do our part, our goal is not out of reach. Once a solid community is created, a more equal community, a stronger community, a prideful community, then we can work together to fix our country before it slips too far into tumult. By becoming a strong member in the KrypTik community you will in turn be a better and stronger member of society. Your work ethic will be better, your appearance and demeanor will be better, you'll be an active member in our community as well as your own. Together we can create a greater nation by focusing on what matters. As a first world country we've lost sight of what truly matters in life and gotten distracted by trends and social media and all our little pleasantries in life that keep us stimulated. By focusing on the core fundamentals of creating a better society and acting to make them better one person at a time, we ourselves are contributing to the betterment of society and the betterment of our own lives. Most people don't realize how much control they actually have over their own lives and let the media and the current society control them without even realizing it. Take control of your life and in turn your community. The community does not tolerate those who don't at least try to follow our code. Members of our community help keep other members in check and on track and you should do the same. Failure to show that you are really trying and believe in the code will result in your membership revoked. A revoked membership is not without a chance for redemption and readmission though, but it looks bad none the less. Disrespect, hate, or discrimination towards other members is strictly forbidden and goes against our core values, resulting in immediate expulsion from the community. If members have something to report about another member, talk with your community Overseer, they will do their best to get you both back on track or take the appropriate action depended upon the issue at hand. The goal of us all should be to better ourselves, our community, and our country, don't let childish grudges get in the way of that. Practice discipline. We need to focus on our community and the state of our nation at home before we keep pouring money into other countries and wars overseas. We need to bring back jobs and Industry to the United States, we need to accomplish Strength through Unity. Only then can we focus on other matters. Once we are unified as a reborn strong nation, we can accomplish anything and it all starts with you, yes you. Without us there is no community, there is no unity or strength, if we cannot all band together as a nation and leave behind our petty differences then are we any better than China, Russia or North Korea?
