Welcome to SnapMove! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SnapMove mobile application (the "App"), provided and operated by KRONE-Z LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SnapMove, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
Age Requirement: By using SnapMove, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions such as the UK/EU). If you are under the required age, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Accountability: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and for all activities that occur under your App session.
2. Description of Services & AI Content Generation
App Functionality: SnapMove provides AI-powered media creation tools, allowing users to upload photos or videos to generate transformed videos, animations, and visual effects (the "Services").
AI Processing: AI processing relies on complex algorithms and third-party AI models. We do not guarantee that the generated output will always be accurate, error-free, or meet your aesthetic expectations.
Service Availability: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, or part of the App at any time, with or without prior notice.
3. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Payments
SnapMove offers free features alongside premium features accessible via In-App Purchases (IAP) and auto-renewable Subscriptions.
A. Purchases and Billing
All financial transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Store (or Apple App Store).
Prices are displayed in the App prior to purchase. Applicable taxes and currency conversion rates are determined by the platform store.
B. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Automatic Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval and rate unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Account Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a paid subscription.
C. Cancellation Policy
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Account Settings (Subscriptions section).
Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current active billing cycle. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your active subscription.

Prohibited Technical Activities:

YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE APP;
ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA;
ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY OR OBTAINED FROM THE APP; OR
ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OR CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.

Your User Content;

Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy right.
