Kristoffer Berg
I am a Research Fellow at the Oxford University Centre for Business Taxation and a Junior Research Fellow and Lecturer at Corpus Christi College, University of Oxford.
I will join Trinity College, University of Cambridge as Lecturer and Fellow in the autumn.
I received my PhD from the University of Oslo and have previously studied at the London School of Economics, been a Fulbright Scholar at UC Berkeley, interned at the International Monetary Fund and been a Visiting Researcher at LMU Munich.
My research interests are in public and welfare economics. I typically combine theory and empirics to study tax policy. My current research agendas are:
Taxation of income from business, in particular shareholders.
Fairness and taxation.
