OVERVIEW

I've been working from home for four years now. I stay motivated by reminding myself about my goals and my purpose as a team member, that I always wanted to add value to the company I work for. Not to mention my dreams for my family.

Currently, I work as a Virtual Assistant responsible for maintaining the website contents updated, posting and scheduling on social media, research, podcast management and other administrative work.

Before that, I worked as a Customer Service Representative, assisting customers from any part of the world and as a Telemarketer to help different top-performing companies to grow their businesses.

I have used different type of tools like VICIdial, X-lite, Zoiper and CallTools for calling, Ultraviewer, Zoom for meetings, CRM systems for database, Google Sheets for reports and updates, Freshdesk, Outlook and Gmail for emails. I am knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, Trello, Asana, Adobe Photoshop and Canva and basic knowledge in Shopify, WordPress, Oberlo and I am constantly learning.

I have good communication skills with people at all levels. I am a positive, fast-learner and self-motivated person. My main motivation comes from providing excellent service to every customer with whom I come into contact.
