I first experienced the joy of teaching during the UTSAH project. I developed and implemented the UTSAH project at CHETNA with funding from the government and international funding agencies.
We worked with children who had a range of abiltiies but did not have opportunities to participate in the arts. Our goal was to integrate creative arts into the curriculum while also supporting students in creative expression.

Over my career in education I have taught directly in K - 12 classrooms as well as at the Harvard Graduate School of Eduation where I was a head teaching fellow for 'Cognition and the Art of Instruction' a popular course by Professor David Perkins focusing on curriculum design and technology integration.

Portraits & Stories was developed and implemented in Boston Public School's McKinley Middle School.
