Which campaigns deliver the highest ROAS and lowest cost per purchase?
Are we retaining customers, and how long does it take them to return?
What’s our current AOV and how is it trending?
The project includes data blending across Shopify, Meta, and GA4, with custom metrics like:
Average Days Between Orders (segmented by channel)
Repeat Purchase Rate
ROAS by Campaign and over time
The goal was not to create a flashy dashboard, but a practical tool decision-makers could rely on daily to reduce guesswork, spot trends early, and optimize ad spend and retention strategy.
