Shoverr

  Nobody really quite knows what it is exactly he does for a living, but Shoverr, preferring to be known as Mr. Lockwood, is one of the richest & most influential people in Gloomytown. When asked about what he does, his usual vague response is that he dabbles in a mix of politics, finance, & innovation; though he refuses to elaborate on whatever that entails.

  He is the ultimate culprit of the case of the stolen moon rock in Woah! Signal, having threatened his niece, Braker, into picking the lock of the storage room containing the rock's vault; having the intent to sell the precious rock on the black market to the highest bidder for millions.
