Rates:
In Person services
$125 an hour. 3 hours minimum billed (travel fees may apply)
Videographer can provide an iPad or laptop and zoom link for hybrid depositions free of charge
Remote services
$ 75 an hour. 2 hours minimum billed
Recording will include the witness and any share screen that is shown. A witness only feed can also be recorded if requested.
Remote Exhibit Tech
$150 flat fee in addition to hourly fee above if we are also the videographer
$75 an hour with a 2-hour minimum billed if we are just presenting exhibits
