About the Author

Kathleen S. Pero is an intervention specialist at Elyria City Schools in Ohio. Along with her wife, Heidi, she embarked on the journey of writing a children's series for young children. In every book, Molly, will discover a new social skill. Her moms will be right there with her as she grows up!

Molly is a spunky five year old girl who discovers a soft kitten while she is on a picnic with her two moms. The black and white illustrations coupled with the color images allow the reader to focus on the main idea of each page.
