コツコツ(英語名: Steadily。以下「当アプリ」)は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。
収集する情報
- タスク、予定、習慣、メモ、日記、タイマーの記録など、アプリ内で作成されたすべてのデータは、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます(下記「AIコーチ機能」を利用する場合を除く)
- アカウント登録は不要です
AIコーチ機能について
AIコーチ(AI週次レビュー・AI相談)は、ユーザーが明示的に同意し、機能を利用したときにのみ動作します。
- 送信されるのは、集中時間などの統計データ、タスク・習慣・予定のタイトルと期限、気分の記録(数値)、そしてユーザーが入力した質問文です
-日記の本文は、ユーザーが「AIに読ませる」を許可したものだけ送信されます(既定では送信されません。日記ごと/全体で選択でき、いつでも解除できます)
- 送信されたデータは、AI(Anthropic Claude)による回答の生成にのみ使用され、AIの学習には使用されず、回答生成後に保存されません
- 利用回数の管理のため、個人を特定しない匿名の端末識別子を当アプリのサーバーに記録します(氏名・メールアドレス等と紐づくことはありません)
- AIコーチを使用しない限り、いかなるデータも送信されません
広告について
当アプリは、無料でご利用いただくために Google AdMob による広告を表示します。
- AdMob は広告の表示・不正防止のために、広告ID等のデバイス識別子を収集することがあります
- 収集される情報の詳細と管理方法は、Google のプライバシーポリシー(https://policies.google.com/privacy)および広告設定(https://adssettings.google.com)をご確認ください
- 端末の設定から広告IDのリセット・パーソナライズ広告の制限が可能です
- プレミアムプランをご利用の場合、広告は表示されません
アプリ内課金について
プレミアムプラン(サブスクリプション/買い切り)の決済は、App Store / Google Play が処理します。当アプリがクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。
利用する権限
- 通知: タイマーの終了や予定のリマインダーをお知らせするために使用します。通知を許可しなくてもアプリの主要機能は利用できます
データの共有機能
「シェアカード」機能で生成された画像は、ユーザーご自身の操作によってのみ、選択した共有先(SNSアプリ等)に送信されます。当アプリが自動的に共有することはありません。
データの削除
アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存されたすべてのデータが削除されます。削除されたデータの復元はできませんのでご注意ください(設定→「データをエクスポート」でバックアップを作成できます)。
将来の機能追加について
今後のアップデートで、クラウド同期・アカウント機能などが追加される場合があります。その際は本ポリシーを更新し、アプリ内でお知らせした上で、必要な同意をいただきます。
免責事項
本アプリが表示する記録・統計、およびAIコーチによる提案は、一般的な情報の提供であり、その正確性・有用性を保証するものではありません。医療・健康・学業の成果に関する助言を行うものではありません。
本アプリのご利用により利用者に生じた損害について、当方は、当方の軽過失による場合は、1万円または利用者が本アプリに対してお支払いいただいた金額のいずれか高い方を上限として、現実に発生した通常かつ直接の損害の範囲で賠償の責任を負います。当方の故意または重大な過失による場合は、この限りではありません。

Kotsukotsu / Steadily ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
Information We Collect
- All data you create in the App — tasks, events, habits, notes, diary entries, and timer records — is stored only on your device (except when you use the AI Coach feature described below).
- No account registration is required.
About the AI Coach
The AI Coach (AI weekly review and AI chat) runs only when you explicitly consent and choose to use it.
- What is sent: summary statistics (such as focus time), the titles and due dates of your tasks, habits, and events, your mood log (numbers), and the question you type.
- Diary text is sent only for entries you explicitly allow ("Let AI read"). It is off by default, can be chosen per entry or globally, and can be revoked anytime.
- The data sent is used solely to generate the AI's reply (via Anthropic Claude). It is not used to train AI models and is not stored after the reply is generated.
- To manage usage quotas, an anonymous device identifier is recorded on our server. It is never linked to your name, email address, or any other personal information.
- Unless you use the AI Coach, no data is transmitted at all.
Advertising
The App displays ads via Google AdMob so that it can be offered for free.
- AdMob may collect device identifiers such as the advertising ID for ad delivery and fraud prevention.
- For details, see Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Ad Settings (https://adssettings.google.com).
- You can reset your advertising ID or limit personalized ads in your device settings.
- Premium users see no ads.
In-App Purchases
Payments for Premium plans (subscription or lifetime) are processed by the App Store / Google Play. The App never receives or stores your credit card number or other payment details.
Permissions
- Notifications: used to alert you when a timer ends or an event reminder is due. The App's core features work even if you decline notifications.
Sharing
Images created with the "share card" feature are sent only to the destination you choose, only when you choose to share. The App never shares anything automatically.
Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App deletes all data stored on your device. Deleted data cannot be recovered (you can create a backup via Settings → "Export data").
Future Features
Future updates may add features such as cloud sync or accounts. If so, we will update this policy, notify you in the App, and ask for any required consent.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The records, statistics, and AI Coach suggestions shown in the App are provided for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy or usefulness, and they do not constitute medical, health, or academic advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, for damages arising from your use of the App and caused by our slight negligence, our liability is limited to the greater of JPY 10,000 or the amount you have paid for the App, and is limited to ordinary and direct damages actually incurred. This limitation does not apply in cases of our intent or gross negligence.
Governing Language
This policy is written in Japanese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Japanese version prevails.
