This Privacy Policy explains how Kotkit ("Kotkit", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Kotkit mobile app (the "App"). Kotkit is developed by [Onurcan Isik], [City, Türkiye], who is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.
Account information. When you create an account: email address, username, display name, and optionally a profile photo, bio and country.
Content you publish. Beats, songs, lyrics, vocal recordings, cover images, comments, questions, likes and follows that you choose to publish or post. Published content is public and can be seen by other users.
Drafts. Drafts are stored on your device only. We do not receive your drafts unless you publish them.
Microphone. The App asks for microphone access only to record vocals when you tap record. Recording never happens in the background. Audio is saved to your device and is only uploaded if you publish it.
Purchases. Kotkit Pro is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We only receive information about your subscription status (for example, active or expired).
Device and usage data. App version, device model, operating system, language, crash reports and basic usage events, used to keep the App working and improve it.
Approximate region. We use your country (from your profile or device settings) to show features such as "Near you" and "In your country". We do not collect your precise GPS location.
Notifications. If you allow notifications, we store a push notification token to send you activity alerts (for example, new comments or followers).

We share data only with service providers who help us run the App, and only as needed:
Hosting and database: Firebase
Crash reporting and analytics: Firebase Crashlytics
Push notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service
Payments: Apple App Store and Google Play
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. When they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
We keep your account data while your account is active. Published content stays public until you delete it or delete your account. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within [30] days, except where we must keep it longer by law.
Edit your profile at any time in the App.
Delete any published content from the App.
Delete your account in the App: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
Turn off microphone or notification access in your device settings.
Request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by emailing us.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK, KVKK in Türkiye, or CCPA in California), you may have additional rights, such as objecting to processing or filing a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Kotkit is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this policy. If the changes are significant, we will notify you in the App. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Kotkit mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullandığınızda Kotkit'in ("Kotkit", "biz") bilgilerinizi nasıl topladığını, kullandığını ve koruduğunu açıklar. Kotkit, [Ad Soyad], [Şehir, Türkiye] tarafından geliştirilmektedir. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında veri sorumlusu Onurcan Isik'dır.
Hesap bilgileri. Hesap oluşturduğunuzda: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı, görünen ad ve isteğe bağlı olarak profil fotoğrafı, biyografi ve ülke.
Yayınladığınız içerik. Yayınlamayı veya paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz beat'ler, şarkılar, sözler, vokal kayıtları, kapak görselleri, yorumlar, sorular, beğeniler ve takipler. Yayınlanan içerik herkese açıktır ve diğer kullanıcılar tarafından görülebilir.
Taslaklar. Taslaklarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Siz yayınlamadığınız sürece taslaklarınız bize ulaşmaz.
Mikrofon. Uygulama, mikrofon iznini yalnızca kayıt tuşuna bastığınızda vokal kaydetmek için ister. Arka planda hiçbir zaman kayıt yapılmaz. Ses kaydı cihazınıza kaydedilir ve yalnızca yayınlarsanız sunucuya yüklenir.
Satın almalar. Kotkit Pro, Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satılır. Kart bilgilerinizi almayız ve saklamayız. Yalnızca aboneliğinizin durumu (örneğin aktif veya sona ermiş) bize iletilir.
Cihaz ve kullanım verileri. Uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, dil, hata (crash) raporları ve temel kullanım olayları. Bu veriler Uygulamanın çalışması ve geliştirilmesi için kullanılır.

Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız. Verilerinizi üçüncü taraf reklamcılık için kullanmayız.
Kişisel verileriniz KVKK m.5 kapsamında; sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati, hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve gerektiğinde açık rızanız hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenir.
Verilerinizi yalnızca Uygulamayı çalıştırmamıza yardımcı olan hizmet sağlayıcılarla ve yalnızca gerektiği kadar paylaşırız:

KVKK m.11 uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, işlemenin aleyhinize sonuç doğurmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi aşağıdaki e-posta adresine iletebilirsiniz.
Kotkit 13 yaşın (veya ülkenizde öngörülen asgari yaşın) altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bu yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize veri verdiğini düşünüyorsanız bize ulaşın, verileri sileriz.
Verilerinizi korumak için şifreli bağlantılar dahil makul teknik ve idari önlemler alırız. Hiçbir iletim veya saklama yöntemi %100 güvenli değildir.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Kotkit mobile app (the "App"), developed by Onurcan Isik ("Kotkit", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate anyone. You can delete your account at any time in the App.
You own your content. Beats, songs, lyrics and recordings you create remain yours.
License to us. When you publish content, you give Kotkit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, stream and distribute it inside the App and to promote the App (for example, featuring a beat in Discover). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users have already made inside the App and backups kept for a limited time.
License to other users. When you publish a beat, you allow other Kotkit users to use it inside the App to create their own songs (for example with "Make a song with this beat"). Using your beat outside the App, or commercially, requires your permission.
Your responsibility. Only publish content you have the right to share. Do not upload samples, songs, vocals or lyrics owned by someone else unless you have permission. You are responsible for what you publish.
You agree not to:
Upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights
Post hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit or illegal content
Spam, scam, or manipulate likes, plays or followers
Impersonate other people or artists
Try to hack, reverse engineer or disrupt the App or its servers
Use the App to break any law
We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. You can report content or users inside the App.
If you believe content on Kotkit infringes your copyright, email us at busonnapp@gmail.com with: your contact details, the work you own, a link to or description of the content, and a statement that you have the right to make the complaint. We will review it and remove infringing content.
Kotkit Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
Prices and features may change. We will tell you before a price change affects you.
We work to keep Kotkit running well, but we provide the App "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free of errors, or that your content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of important work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kotkit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
You can stop using Kotkit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the App.
These Terms are between you and Kotkit, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the App fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. Apple is not responsible for any product, intellectual property or other claims related to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we will notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Onurcan Isik ("Kotkit", "biz") tarafından geliştirilen Kotkit mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Hesap oluşturarak veya Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında (veya ülkenizdeki asgari yaşta) olmalısınız. 18 yaşından küçükseniz, ebeveyninizin veya vasinizin bu Koşulları kabul ettiğini onaylamış olursunuz.
Hesabınızdan ve giriş bilgilerinizi güvende tutmaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Doğru bilgi verin ve başkasının kimliğine bürünmeyin. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.
İçeriğiniz size aittir. Ürettiğiniz beat'ler, şarkılar, sözler ve kayıtlar sizin olmaya devam eder.
Bize verdiğiniz lisans. İçerik yayınladığınızda, Kotkit'e bu içeriği Uygulama içinde barındırma, saklama, gösterme, dinletme ve dağıtma ile Uygulamanın tanıtımında kullanma (örneğin bir beat'i Keşfet'te öne çıkarma) için dünya çapında, münhasır olmayan ve bedelsiz bir lisans vermiş olursunuz. Bu lisans, içeriği veya hesabınızı sildiğinizde sona erer. Diğer kullanıcıların Uygulama içinde önceden oluşturduğu kopyalar ve sınırlı süre tutulan yedekler bunun dışındadır.
Diğer kullanıcılara verdiğiniz lisans. Bir beat yayınladığınızda, diğer Kotkit kullanıcılarının bu beat'i Uygulama içinde kendi şarkılarını yapmak için ("Bu beat'le şarkı yap" gibi) kullanmasına izin vermiş olursunuz. Beat'inizin Uygulama dışında veya ticari amaçla kullanılması sizin izninize bağlıdır.
Sorumluluğunuz. Yalnızca paylaşma hakkınız olan içeriği yayınlayın. İzniniz olmadan başkasına ait sample, şarkı, vokal veya sözleri yüklemeyin. Yayınladığınız içerikten siz sorumlusunuz.
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
Telif hakkı, marka veya başka hakları ihlal eden içerik yüklemek
Nefret söylemi, taciz, şiddet, müstehcen veya yasa dışı içerik paylaşmak
Spam yapmak, dolandırıcılık yapmak, beğeni/dinlenme/takipçi sayılarını manipüle etmek
Başka kişi veya sanatçıların kimliğine bürünmek
Uygulamayı veya sunucularını hacklemeye, tersine mühendislikle çözmeye veya bozmaya çalışmak
Uygulamayı herhangi bir yasayı çiğnemek için kullanmak
Bu kuralları ihlal eden içerikleri kaldırabilir, hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. İçerikleri veya kullanıcıları Uygulama içinden şikayet edebilirsiniz.
Kotkit'teki bir içeriğin telif hakkınızı ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsanız, busonnapp@gmail.com adresine iletişim bilgilerinizi, size ait eseri, ilgili içeriğin bağlantısını veya tarifini ve şikayette bulunma hakkınız olduğuna dair beyanınızı gönderin. İnceleyip ihlal eden içeriği kaldırırız.
Kotkit Pro, Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satılan, isteğe bağlı ve otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir.
Ücret, satın alma onaylandığında mağaza hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Aboneliğinizi App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
İadeler, Apple veya Google'ın kendi politikalarına göre yapılır.
Fiyatlar ve özellikler değişebilir. Bir fiyat değişikliği sizi etkilemeden önce bilgilendiririz.
Kotkit'in sorunsuz çalışması için çalışıyoruz, ancak Uygulamayı herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunuyoruz. Uygulamanın her zaman erişilebilir veya hatasız olacağını, içeriğinizin hiçbir zaman kaybolmayacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Önemli çalışmalarınızın yedeğini kendiniz alın.
Yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, Kotkit Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan, veri kaybından veya kâr kaybından sorumlu değildir. Herhangi bir talep için toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu Koşullar, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun başta olmak üzere vazgeçilemeyen tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
Kotkit'i kullanmayı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz veya Uygulamayı sunmayı bırakmamız halinde erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sona erdirebiliriz.
Bu Koşullar Apple ile değil, sizinle Kotkit arasındadır. Apple, Uygulamadan ve içeriğinden sorumlu değildir ve bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur. Uygulama geçerli bir garantiyi karşılamazsa, varsa satın alma bedelinin iadesi için Apple'a başvurabilirsiniz. Apple, Uygulamayla ilgili ürün, fikri mülkiyet veya diğer taleplerden sorumlu değildir. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu Koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarlarıdır ve bu Koşulları size karşı uygulayabilir. ABD Hükümeti ambargosu altındaki bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve ABD Hükümeti'nin yasaklı kişiler listesinde yer almadığınızı beyan edersiniz.
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Ankara Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketicilerin yerleşim yerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemelerine başvurma hakkı saklıdır.
Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde sizi Uygulama içinden bilgilendiririz. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
