Welcome to my web page!

I am a postdoctoral Research Fellow in City-REDI at the University of Birmingham.

My research, featuring a strong applied orientation, utilises both quantitative and qualitative methods in the areas of labour economics, economics of education, skills, and innovation. I have undertaken extensive research projects focused on the R&D workforce, ethnic inequalities in higher education and the labour market, choices and pathways of higher education graduates, productivity, local labour markets, and the evaluation of the impact of STEM assets on regional growth.

I completed my PhD in Economics at the University of Bath, under the guidance of Dr Joanna Clifton-Sprigg. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and a Master's degree in Applied Economics and Finance, both from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Before joining the University of Bath in 2017, I held roles as Project Manager and Senior Consultant in market research and management consultancy firms in Greece.
