Thank you for visiting my webpage! I am pursuing a joint Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Queensland and the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (UQ-IITD).

I am a development economist with a particular interest in labor issues at both macro and micro level. My recent and ongoing research is focused on the intersection of talent allocation and discrimination based on social identity (both caste and gender) in education and the labor market.

As part of the Ph.D. program, I was awarded a scholarship that enabled me to conduct research at the University of Queensland (Australia) for one year, and three years of research at IIT Delhi (India). Tap here to explore my research in depth, and take a peek at my CV here.

Previous affiliations include: Tata Centre for Development (University of Chicago Trust), Evidence of Policy Design at IFMR (now known as Inclusion Economics India Centre at IFMR/Krea University), NCAER, and IRMA.
