Welcome to my webpage! I have a Ph.D. in Economics, awarded jointly by the University of Queensland and the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (UQ-IITD).

I work at the intersection of labor (development) economics and macroeconomics. My recent and ongoing research is focused on the intersection of talent allocation and discrimination based on social identity (both caste and gender) in education and the labor market.
