By downloading, installing, or using the Koora Extra mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who speak Amazigh (Tamazight) and Moroccan Darija.
Koora Live is a mobile application that provides:
Live football (soccer) match scores and updates
Match fixtures and schedules
League standings and statistics
Team information and match details
IMPORTANT: Koora Live does NOT provide video streaming, live video broadcasts, or any video content. The App only displays text-based information, scores, and statistics.
Koora Live explicitly does NOT offer:
Video streaming of football matches
Live video broadcasts
Video-on-demand content
Any form of video content delivery
The App is a data-only service providing scores, statistics, and match information in text format.
You agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Not transmit harmful code or malware
Respect intellectual property rights
Not use automated systems to access the App excessively
All content, features, and functionality, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Koora Extra or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Match data, scores, and statistics are provided by third-party data providers; we do not claim ownership of this data.
The App may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party services.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
The App will be available at all times
All data is accurate or up-to-date
The App will be error-free
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koora Extra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the App is operated, without regard to conflicts of law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions remain in full force.
