Welcome to Koolio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Koolio where individuals can create accounts and subaccounts, document their achievements, and control the privacy of the shared information. By accessing or using Koolio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Koolio.

1. Accounts and Registration
To use the features of Koolio you must register for an account. When you register an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2. Content and Privacy Settings
2.1 Content Creation: As a registered user, you will document achievements, including uploading 'proof' such as documents or photos.
2.2 Privacy Settings: You have the option to set each achievement as public or private. Public achievements may be visible to other users or through Koolio or through search engines, while private achievements will not be shown or accessible outside your account.
2.3 Anonymity Option: For public achievements, you have the option to hide identity to maintain privacy.

3. Reports
You can generate visual reports based on the data you entered into Koolio. At times, some of these reports may be offered free of charge. However, we reserve the right to change our offerings and prices at any time.

4. User Conduct
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. You agree not to use Koolio to engage in any illegal, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory activity. Koolio is intended for use by adults, parents or legal guardians, and we do not encourage its use directly by children without parental guidance.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in Koolio, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Koolio and protected by international copyright laws.

6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Koolio immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes and indicate at the top of the Terms when they were last updated.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Koolio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that Koolio will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of Koolio.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koolio and its employees from any claims, damages, expenses, including attorney fees, arising from or related to your use of Koolio.

11. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the European Union laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
