If you want a classroom-ready bulk solution with 32 units in vibrant colors and solid noise isolation for group learning, choose Konohan 32; if you need a more durable, comfort-focused set with a padded headband and a year-long replacement policy for heavy daily use, choose XOSDA Bulk Headphones.
• Konohan 32: Offers the highest quantity (32 packs) with a wide spectrum of 15 distinct colors, making it ideal for large classes where color-coding or individual assignment is key. The trade-off is a thinner build with rubber ear pads rather than leather, which might feel less premium over long sessions. This pick is for schools needing volume and variety on a tight budget.
• XOSDA Bulk Headphones: Delivers superior durability with thick flat cables tested for thousands of insertions and soft leather ear pads designed to eliminate fatigue during extended wear. The trade-off is a smaller pack size of 24 units and a slightly higher per-unit complexity with its media control features. This pick is for institutions prioritizing longevity and student comfort over sheer quantity.
The Konohan 32 is built specifically for environments that demand high-volume distribution and visual engagement. With 32 packs included in a single order, this set covers entire classrooms without the need for multiple shipments. The standout feature here is the color diversity; receiving 15 different hues including turquoise, mint green, rose red, and black means teachers can easily assign unique colors to students or groups. This isn't just about aesthetics; studies suggest that color variety can boost creativity and productivity in younger learners. The packaging itself is practical, with each unit ready for immediate distribution in school settings like libraries, online lesson rooms, or testing centers.
In terms of design, these headphones utilize an adjustable headband made from ABS plastic, ensuring they fit a wide range of head sizes from small children to adults. The ear placement is "on-ear," which keeps the device lightweight and portable, minimizing neck strain during short-to-moderate listening sessions. The audio performance relies on dynamic drivers with a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, delivering stereo sound that effectively blocks external noise through sound isolation. While they lack active noise cancellation technology, the physical design and soft rubber ear pads provide enough passive isolation to help students focus on their audio content without constant distraction from hallway chatter or background noise.

However, the construction suggests these are best suited for structured, supervised use rather than rough-and-tumble play. The cable length is standard at 4 feet (120 cm), which is sufficient for most classroom setups but offers limited mobility for moving around freely. The materials prioritize cost-effectiveness and functionality over luxury comfort. You should buy this if your primary goal is equipping a full class with identical yet distinct tools for listening exercises, language labs, or standardized testing. If you need headphones that will survive being tossed in backpacks daily for years, or if your users require all-day cushioning for lectures, you might find the rubber ear pads and thinner build of the Konohan 32 insufficient. These are excellent for intermittent use, such as library rotations or specific lesson blocks, where the volume of units is the deciding factor.
The XOSDA Bulk Headphones are engineered for resilience and comfort, addressing the common pain points of classroom electronics: breakage and discomfort. The 24-pack set is smaller than the Konohan option, but every unit feels more robust. The cable is a significant upgrade; it is a thick, flat design that resists tangling and is strong enough to withstand excessive handling. Crucially, the plug and cable connections have undergone cycle testing for 8,000 insertions and removals. In a real-world school setting, where a child might unplug and replug a headset dozens of times a week, this level of testing translates to significantly fewer broken jacks and frayed wires. This makes them a smarter investment for high-traffic environments where equipment turnover is rapid.
Comfort is another major pillar of the XOSDA design. Instead of simple rubber pads, these feature soft, over-ear leather ear pads paired with a thick padded headband. This combination is specifically designed to eliminate ear fatigue, allowing students to wear the headphones for hours without the pressure headaches or soreness that often plague cheaper models. The headband is bendable and returns to its original form, ensuring a secure fit for kids, teens, and adults alike. Whether used for a long history lecture, a marathon gaming session in a computer lab, or a lengthy audiobook study period, the physical comfort remains consistent. The audio drivers are certified dynamic 40mm units that deliver clear, balanced sound across the 20 Hz to 20KHz range, ensuring that the listening experience is not just durable but also sonically pleasing.
Beyond the hardware, the XOSDA approach includes a strong support system. They offer a full-year replacement policy, meaning if a unit fails due to manufacturing defects or normal wear within that timeframe, there is a dedicated support channel ready to resolve issues within 12 hours. This peace of mind is invaluable for administrators who cannot afford downtime. You should buy this if your priority is getting a set of headphones that lasts longer and feels better on the ears. It is particularly well-suited for programs involving extended listening periods, such as language immersion, special education needs requiring gentle materials, or any scenario where student comfort directly impacts learning outcomes. However, if you strictly need to outfit a very large cohort with zero budget constraints and rely on color-coding for management, the lower unit count might be a limitation compared to the 32-unit Konohan set.
• Best for battery-free reliability → Both (Both are wired 3.5mm solutions, eliminating charging anxiety).
• Best for large class coverage (32+ students) → Konohan 32 (Includes 32 units vs 24, covering larger groups immediately).
• Best for heavy daily abuse → XOSDA Bulk Headphones (Thick flat cable and 8,000-cycle tested plugs resist breakage better).
• Best for long-session comfort → XOSDA Bulk Headphones (Leather ear pads and padded headband reduce fatigue more than rubber/ABS).
• Best for visual organization → Konohan 32 (15 distinct colors allow for easy student identification and color-coding strategies).
• Best for warranty security → XOSDA Bulk Headphones (Offers a full year replacement policy vs. standard manufacturer limits).
• Best for general audio fidelity → Tie (Both use dynamic drivers with a 20Hz-20kHz range for balanced sound).
• Best for sleep headphones for calls → XOSDA Bulk Headphones (Over-ear leather design is softer against the side of the head while lying down).
When I look at the specs and intended use cases, I lean toward the XOSDA Bulk Headphones for anyone planning to use these devices regularly throughout the academic year. The difference between a thin rubber pad and a padded leather ear cup is noticeable after an hour of wear, and the reinforced cable testing gives me confidence that these won't fail mid-semester. While the Konohan 32 wins on sheer quantity and color variety, the durability and comfort of the XOSDA set make it the more sustainable choice for head phones for calls and extended educational activities. If you are looking for the best bluetooth headphones for calls in a wireless sense, neither fits, but for wired reliability in a busy room, the XOSDA build quality simply feels more professional and enduring. I would buy these for my own classroom because I value equipment that survives the first month of chaos without breaking.
Yes, the XOSDA model is better suited for lying down due to its over-ear leather pads which are softer against the pillow than the rigid rubber on the Konohan 32. Both are wired, so ensure your phone has a compatible jack or adapter.
The XOSDA cables are explicitly tested for 8,000 insertion cycles and feature a thick flat design that resists tangling and snapping far better than standard round wires found on many bulk sets.
Both utilize dynamic drivers with a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, providing balanced stereo sound. The main difference lies in the enclosure material and ear pads, which affect how the sound isolates and feels rather than the raw frequency output.
Absolutely. Both sets feature a 3.5mm jack compatible with most tablets, laptops, and mobile devices, offering sound isolation that helps block background noise during virtual meetings or remote learning sessions.
