Your checkin (include like, recommendation) of a game will be disclosed to all Hussein Ali users.
Hussein Ali may use and disclose to partners and contractors the collected non-personal data for purposes of analyzing usage of the Services, advertisement serving, managing and providing the Services and to further develop the Services and other Hussein Ali services and products.
You recognize and agree that the analytics companies utilized by Hussein Ali may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products relating to your activities. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means personally identifiable information that specifically identifies you as an individual. Personal information collected by Hussein Ali is information voluntarily provided to us by you when you create your account or change your account information.
The information includes your Facebook ID, name, gender, location, and your friends’ ID on Facebook. Hussein Ali also stores your game checkins, likes, dislikes, recommendations, and in-app chat messages.
Important for Live Chat: By using the interactive features of the Services (such as live chat), you acknowledge that the messages you send are stored and processed to provide app functionality and synchronization between players via Google Firebase/Firestore.
To ensure a safe environment for all players, we enforce a strict policy regarding content created by users in chats:
Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: harassment, offensive language, illegal activities, or any form of abuse.
Reporting Mechanism: Users can report any offensive content or players by clicking the "Report" icon (flag) next to messages.
Blocking Mechanism: Users have the right to "Block" any other user. Once blocked, the abusive user's content will no longer be visible to you.
Moderation: Hussein Ali reserves the right to review reported content and remove messages or ban users who violate these terms within 24 hours of a report.
Hussein Ali collects and processes personal data on a voluntary basis and it is not in the business of selling your personal data to third parties. Personal data may, however, occasionally be disclosed in accordance with applicable legislation and this Privacy Policy. Additionally, Hussein Ali may disclose personal data to its parent companies and its subsidiaries in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Hussein Ali takes children’s privacy seriously. Our services are directed to people who are at least 13 years old. If you are a minor in your country, please ask your legal guardian’s permission. Hussein Ali does not knowingly collect any personal information from children below the aforementioned age. If we learn we have inadvertently gathered personal data from children under 13, we will take reasonable measures to promptly erase such data.
