👨‍🏫 I am Dr. Komarasamy G, working as a Senior Associate Professor at the School of Computing Science, Engineering and Artificial Intelligence, VIT Bhopal University, India. I hold a B.E. (2003) 🎓, M.E. (2005) 🎓, and a Ph.D. (2014) 📊 in the area of Data Mining With 21+ years of teaching experience 📚 in Computer Science and Engineering, I have guided 7 Ph.D. scholars 🎯 and supervised numerous UG and PG student projects. I have also completed two consultancy projects 💼 — Dr. Application and Mobile App & Portal for Handicapped Persons.

🏆 My achievements include 5 published patents, 47 journal publications, 13 international and 19 national conference papers, along with 200 Scopus citations across 23 articles. I have organized 57 academic events 📅 including seminars, workshops, conferences, FDPs, and webinars, and attended 84 professional events nationally and internationally. I was honored with the India Book of Records 🏅 for conducting a workshop on Mobile Application Development for 1000+ students within 12 hours, and the IRDP Award 2019 – Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Life Time Achievement National Award 🥇 for my excellence in teaching, research, and publications.

🤝 I have signed MoUs with OneYes Technologies and MNIT Jaipur to promote industry–academia collaboration, served as an editorial board member for reputed journals, and am a life member of IAENG and ISTE. My research projects have been funded by DRDO, CSIR, ICMR, DST, AICTE, and JAIN University 💰 for socially relevant initiatives.

🏫 In my academic roles, I have served as Program Chair, Head of Department, Research Coordinator, SIG In-charge, NBA/NAAC/NIRF Coordinator, Placement Coordinator, ISO Internal Auditor, and member of various committees including Board of Studies and Disciplinary Committee.

🎯 As an educator, I adopt CLM—RBT and CalTech methodologies to ensure my students not only understand theoretical concepts but also develop strong practical application skills.
