Kok Onn (can also be known as Chee) is a PhD student in School of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering at The University of Queensland, Brisbane QLD, Australia.
His PhD project is focused on Internet of Things (IoT) security. He is a member of DSteam which is led by Associate Prof. Dan Kim. Kok Onn is interested in the areas of cyber security, IoT, data hiding, steganography, and cryptography.
Kok Onn was born in Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia. He is fluent in 4 languages (English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese and Malay).
