This Privacy Policy applies to the Koh Koboi Farm mobile application (“Application”) provided by Koh Koboi Farm(“Service Provider”) as a free service. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and processing of information as described here.

We collect information when you install, access, or use the Application, including:
Account & contact info you provide: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email.
Order & usage data: items ordered (e.g., paket aqiqah/investasi), quantity, notes, delivery date/address, payment type/method, promo code usage, timestamps, in-app actions (e.g., pages viewed, time spent).
Uploaded media: images you upload (e.g., bukti transfer), which may be stored in a third-party media service.
Device & app data: device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, performance data, and IP address.
Approximate location (if available via device signals) used for features like content relevance and fraud prevention; we do not collect precise (GPS-level) location.
Advertising ID (AD_ID): may be accessed by Google Play services / Firebase SDKs and used only for analytics and fraud/abuse prevention, not for personalized advertising.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and the app is not directed to them.
Provide & operate the service: account recognition, orders, delivery scheduling, payment status, promo validation, customer support.
Communications: send important notices (e.g., order/kontrak updates). You may be contacted through WhatsApp, email, or in-app means.
Analytics & improvements: diagnose crashes, measure performance, understand usage to improve features and reliability.
Security & fraud prevention: detect abuse (e.g., repeated failed verification, suspicious activity).
Legal compliance: fulfill legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal data.
We rely on reputable service providers to operate the Application. These processors handle data on our behalf under their own privacy terms:
Google Play Services (incl. Firebase): Authentication, Cloud Firestore/Storage/Functions, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging.

With processors listed above strictly to provide our services.
For legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud.
With your direction: e.g., when you contact us via WhatsApp/email or request a specific action.
We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing.
Opt-out of analytics identifiers: you can reset/limit Advertising ID (AD_ID) in your Android device settings.
Uninstall: you can stop data collection by uninstalling the app.
Access/Correction/Deletion: you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data (see “Account Deletion” below).
Currently there is no in-app delete button. To request deletion:
Open the app → FAQ page → tap Hubungi Admin (WhatsApp).

Akun & riwayat transaksi: disimpan selama akun aktif dan untuk jangka waktu yang diperlukan untuk tujuan bisnis yang sah (mis. catatan transaksi, akuntansi, pencegahan penipuan) atau sebagaimana diwajibkan hukum.
Media (bukti transfer): disimpan sesuai kebutuhan pembuktian pembayaran dan kebijakan akuntansi internal.
Atas permintaan penghapusan akun, kami akan menghapus atau men-de-identifikasi data yang tidak lagi diperlukan secara hukum.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information (access controls, encryption in transit where supported, least-privilege access). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the Application and/or website. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance.
