Francis Glenn Thomas

Francis Glenn Thomas, 76, passed away on April 13, 2015 after a short battle with cancer. He was born on October 3, 1938 in Jacksonville, FL.

He served in the United States Air Force. After 35 years of employment, Frank retired from AT&T in 2000. During his retirement he enjoyed working at Kohl's Department Store and being a driver for Apple Leasing. Frank was very active at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church in Pflugerville. He was a 4th Degree Knight in The Knights of Columbus and an active member of the KJT. You would often see him serving pancakes or funnel cakes for one of these organizations. Frank also loved to travel with friends from the Pflugerville Seniors club and North Austin AARP Chapter 2700. Frank was preceded in death by his mother and father. He is survived by his sister Theresa Ann Phillips (Gene), and brother James (Pattie), and several nieces and nephews. Frank will be missed greatly by his loving wife of 55 years, Joan. His memories will be cherished by son Christopher, daughter Carol, son-in-law Ted Thomson and grandchildren Amanda, Cole, Kevin and Erin.
